Its been very pathetic, awful and disgraceful service from royal mail. I sent my very important documents to HM passport office however royal mail first sent it to wrong mail center in another country and when redirected to original address, it was lost in system. Tried to contact last royal mail center but they never replied. Its frustrating as i have to apply for my very important legal documents again which will not only cost good hundreds of pounds but also atleast 2-3 months time to get duplicates . This service does not even qualify for minus star rating.
